How to Stay Safe in College Staying safe while youre in college doesnt have to be complicated. These fifteen tips can be done with minimal effort and can avoid lots of problems later. Dont let anyone into your hall or apartment building that you dont know. Not letting someone in doesnt make you look like a jerk. Yes, this even means when you run down the hall to borrow a book or hop in the shower. Be careful with your keys.
