This approach is based on motivation which foster an intrinsic desire on the part of employees to follow organizational rules, and inspire outweighs the baffle of command-and-control mechanisms (Blader and Tyler 2006). Employee responsibilities are inseparable from organizational policies and practices. The manager can shape employees behavior using traditional insensitive and sanctions. Thus, critics argue that self-regulation approach is more effective than the obsolescent one. The manager can influence employees through informal superior-subordinate interaction to communicate employees rights and responsibilities. Suggested also is the need for interaction may be endangered by the increase of communication technology. Behavior modeling is needed for communicating shared values. Employees absorb, analyze, and then digest the behavior of mana gers toward them (Drory and Zaidman 2007). It should be noted that an organizations policies and practices may encourage or warn responsible behavior among employees by the moral messages they convey. As a result, one would expect the way workers approach their responsibilities to be compatible with the organizations moral (and behavioral) environment. 2.
